HISTORY

When Morgan was three or four years old, she was found wandering by herself in a town, during a busy market day. All attempts to find her parents failed. Though no one came out and said it, it was fairly obvious that the child had been abandonned, for one reason or another. Luckily, a woman named Mab, who could not have children of her own, chose to adopt the child and raise her. Teaching the child to call her mother, Mab brought her to home, deep in the forests around Floran, where they lived together quite happily.

Around when Morgan turned 16, a friend began to show a romantic interest in her. She turned him down flat, but it only drove him to be more persistent. After a number of other refusals, other young men began to take an interest as well, for the glory of being the one to get her to say yes. All of this was very upsetting to Morgan, who only wanted to be left alone. Finally, she grew so sick of the attention that she decided to do something very unusual for someone who was not of the clergy: she took a Holy vow of chastity.

After this, most of the men gave up, except for Arthur, who had been the first to express interest. He continued to try and woo her away from the church, persisting despite the many years of rejection.

PERSONALITY

Morgan is a very reserved young woman, very rarely giving away what she feels or thinks, except to her adopted mother. While she certainly does have plenty of emotions, they are hidden beneath a calm exterior, except in extreme moments. During these times, she overflows with whatever emotion has overcome her, whether it be rage, amusement, or sadness. These moments however are few and far between and once again mostly only seen by her mother.

Due to being abandoned, Morgan does not trust people easily. She has a large number of friends, but doesn’t consider any of them to be truly close to her, to be people she could confide in. And so, while being sociable enough, she lives a rather solitary life, somewhat lonely at times, but she has always felt that was for the best, because at least when you’re alone, no one can hurt you.

APPEARANCE

Morgan is a fair bit above average height. She has short brown hair and brown eyes. She has a rather average build, though her exact figure it difficult to make out, as she always wears very loose-fitting clothing.
